Return & Exchange Policy

Due to the nature of our products we do NOT offer returns or exchanges

Wrong Item and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.  Please send an email to orders@scentivitysoap.com with a subject line "Product (Issue)" .   Please include the following: a photo of the defective/wrong item(s) and a brief detailed description.  We will notify you once we’ve received your request.  After your request has been reviewed, we will send a follow-up email letting you know if the request was approved or not.  We reserve the right to approve or disapprove your request on an individual basis.  If approved, we will provide detailed next steps on how to proceed.  All requests must be made within 48 hours of receipt.
